Meditation for Physical Relaxation is a guided meditation where step by step, one body part at a time, you release tension that you have in your body. This is a very simple exercise and suits both those who are beginners and those who are used to meditating just as well. When you have worked your way through your whole body, you will be given time to rest for a little while to wonderfully relaxing music by the composer Chris Collins. Even though the title for this relaxation exercise is Meditation for Physical Relaxation, it can just as well be used to prevent or manage stress.
