In this tall tale, Tommy Tickles (who is in a wheelchair) moves to Tall Town. He goes to school before classes start and discovers that the door to the building is on the second floor. He sees his new teacher, Mr. Chew, who is stuck on the second floor. Tommy, Mr. Chew, and two other students work together to build a ramp so everyone can get into and out of the school.
