Ghisu and his son Madhav just knows how to rest all the time. But Madhav's wife dies morning due to lack of treatment and their miserable situation. Somehow the father and son manages to arrange some money by begging their neighbours.
But what did they do with the money instead?
This has been translated from the famous original Hindi story called "Kafan" written by Munshi Premchand. He is one of the most celebrated writers of the Indian subcontinent, and is regarded as one of the foremost Hindustani writers of the early twentieth century.
