The Roman House is a sweeping saga which covers the lives of a family from 1898 until the 1970s. The main heroine is Misia Razzio, who inherited The Roman House – a boxing gym – from her immigrant father. Estranged from her arrogant brother, Drago, Misia marries barrister Portland Benning. Her son Vincent takes over the family boxing and casino interests. Long estranged, the Bennings and the Razzios lead seperate lives – until tragedy forces a reunion.
