The Psychic Killer
The New York Police Department are hunting a serial killer who reads their thoughts, and those of his victims. Detective Mickey Rourke is called to a late night homicide in Queens, New York. The scene resembles a slaughterhouse. The sole victim had been torn apart. A distraught elderly neighbour informs Rourke that the victim was a serial killer - the victim? She then asks the NYPD detective to look "behind the walls" of the apartment. What is found within, sickens a shocked and petrified populace. A serial killer had killed another serial killer leading to a week of carnage with only a female psychic to lead the embattled cop towards safety, closure and peace of mind.
