True sexuality is the way people experience and express themselves sexually without the feelings of guilt, regret or disgust, without showing off or manipulation, without focusing solely on themselves or the partner, without feeling exhausted, without the obligation of intercourse. True sexuality is experienced when the result-oriented mind is pulled out and one lets oneself flow in the process.

If you feel completely refreshed, renewed, rejuvanated and accepted, seen, understood, blessed, if you experience a deep sharing with giving and receiving, if you are in an exalted mood, balanced, in peace and tranquility which is continuing for long hours, then you are experiencing what you are meant to experience.

If you are experiencing awe and gratitude and admiration for all that exists, it means that you have achieved the highest satisfaction. In sexual activity, sexual fulfillment only takes place in the non-judgemental part of the mind. And yes, if you develop an understanding and an acceptance of your mind, your body and your desires, then spontaneity occurs.

Only the humans have the ability to transform sexual energy into a stronger energy, a cosmic wholeness. The way to achieve this is to give sex the value it deserves.
