Viola Timmons is mesmerized by the large, red-haired city editor who always calls her by her last name. He’s so absorbed in his work he has no time to notice her at all. When a lie slips from her mouth she realizes that perhaps she’s desperate and obviously in love. She forms a plan and courageously insists that he take her to the mayor’s luncheon where she blatantly reveals her feelings. Meanwhile, her amateur photographer friend is supposed to help out and take a photo of the mayor, but the deadline is nearing and there won’t be time to check for mistakes. Hopefully her friend Laura will snap the perfect shot and she won’t be an amateur for long. More importantly, if Viola can get the city editor to use her first name, then she’ll know he likes her too. Find out if the lies catch up to Viola after deadline and if a kiss makes all the difference.
