Proof positive that Radio Drama is timeless, Mutual Radio Theater was a program produced originally in 1980. This show was no small attempt to recapture the glory days of Old Time Radio by any means. Each program was written specifically for radio and each night hosted by a different star. Lorne Greene hosted Western Night on Monday. Andy Griffith followed on Tuesday with Comedy Night. Vincent Price hosted Mystery Night Wednesdays and Cicely Tyson hosted Love & Hate on Thursdays. Leonard Nimoy ended the week with Adventure on Fridays.
Mutual Radio Theater, Volume 1 consists of 20 programs as they originally aired, complete and uncut, with original commercials, and produced in full stereo-high fidelity. Thrills, chills, laughs, tears, and more. Mutual Radio Theater, Volume 1 has it all with star power!
