Proof positive that Radio Drama is timeless, Mutual Radio Theater was a program produced originally in 1980. This show was no small attempt to recapture the glory days of Old Time Radio by any means. Each program was written specifically for radio and each night hosted by a different star. Lorne Greene hosted Western Night on Monday. Andy Griffith followed on Tuesday with Comedy Night. Vincent Price hosted Mystery Night Wednesdays and Cicely Tyson hosted Love & Hate on Thursdays. Leonard Nimoy ended the week with Adventure on Fridays.
