Hell is hot … but Hell, MN, is freezing cold. Ezra Collins, part-time snow plow driver and reluctant mayor of Hell, Minnesota, thought this winter would be like any other winter: move the snow, drink beer, and help the tourists take pictures to prove they’ve been to Hell and back.
