Ishar Singh, fails to make love to his mistress Kulwant. She suspects him of infidelity and in a fit of jealousy stabs him with his own dagger. Ishar Singh, confesses his crime before he dies. But that was way bigger that what Kulwant had imagined. This is a story of the physical, psychological and emotional trauma of a man reducing him to just a lifeless piece of meat.
This has been translated from the original story "Thanda Gosht" written by Saadat Hasan Manto. Saadat Hasan Manto was the most widely read and the most controversial short-story writer. He was known to write about the hard truths of society that no one dared to talk about.
