As someone who’s prone to experiencing the whole gamut of human emotions during any given week, I’ve been interested in clearing for many years. I’ve had the good fortune to work with many talented healers and teachers, absorb their wisdom, and learn their techniques for clearing energy.

In Clearing Your Energy I explain how we accumulate negative energy and how we can release it. Then I lead you through a 21 minute guided meditation practice for clearing that you can easily learn to do on your own.
